How to get in touch

Creating a safe, confidential environment between the client and myself is paramount to the healing process for psychotherapy, counselling or recovery coaching.

1. I will send you the Terms and Agreement for working together in writing which includes the statement of confidentiality.
2. It is important that you raise any concerns about confidentiality before signing. Once this has been signed I am professionally bound to the Ethical Framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and under the jurisdiction of British Law. 
3. If you provide your phone or email then this is giving consent for me to use it for the purposes of arranging an appointment. Rest assured, if someone else answers your phone if I return a call, I will never divulge any information other than my name.
