Psychotherapy, counselling and recovery coaching is not like any other job, and one that I believe needs to be grounded on integrity, professionalism and above all else, a deep desire to help the person I am working with. Therefore, when you have psychotherapy, counselling or recovery coaching with me, I will be seeking to provide a compassionate based approach that is confidential, safe, effective and with the purpose of helping you in your life.
